How to apply the decals ? 

You can apply the decals at the end of the the whole set. Use a micro applicator brush, dip into a small amount extension glue (or glue balm), then apply at the back of the decals, wait for 3-5s before apply on the outer corner of your set...and bling bling, wait for magic happens when your clients open their eyes.
